Workbench Series 2026
The Crystal-Rose Workbench Series is a monthly series to keep you current with the latest energetic shifts. This will include discussion around the new frequencies, how to use them, how to integrate them, and what to clear in our spaces so that we can adapt quickly and without drama.
This series is an adaptation of the Center of Head Series, in that we will be utilizing the workbench to configure various geometries to help us create stability and flow through this very bumpy next few years.
All classes are on Zoom and are scheduled once per month (all classes are recorded in case you need to miss one), and are as follows:

- Friday, July 3rd or July 9th, 2026, from 6:30 to 8:30 pm
